After hosting an assortment of sites with GoDaddy for several years, I decided to change to other hosting services because of the inconvenient user interface offered by GoDaddy and their public image. One of the hosting sites I chose was Blue Host. This service is used to host the web page of a private practice attorney who had grand ideas about providing some interactive services for her clients. Blue Host offered the most capabilities for the money and their feedback from clients was favorable. It was extremely easy to sign up, make payment, and get started with Blue Host. The FAQ documents and their tutorials made the process easy for me to transfer all of my files from GoDaddy to Blue Host. I have not experienced downtime since I have been with them (just shy of a year), but I also have not utilized the many options they offer for websites as my client has not provided any info or specs relating to expanding the site since it was established. I am happy with the services and pricing that Blue Host offers; based on my experience, Blue Host offers the right amount of help to each individual client. The only drawback I have experienced has been the wait times switching between the control panel and other account information sections of the Blue Host website. I would recommend this hosting service to anyone who planned on hosting a dynamic, interactive website.
