[starreview tpl=16] I have ordered a server on 15th March 2013 with 64 Ips with 2 different subnet. At the time of placing the order I explain the executive Rossella Pagone very well about my requirement and nature of my business and why I need so many Ips in written mail. Here is the content of my mail:
Thanks for your email. Here is the justification for the IPs
We are mailing service provider having zero tolerance for spamming from our network. So if we get any spamming complain for any of our user we immediately close their account. We are looking for Dual core servers with 8 – 16 GB of minimum ram, 500×2 GB of HDD and 64 Ips. We required so many Ips because we have hundred of users sending million of mails per day but there are restriction on number of mails send from IP to a particular mail ISP. Say we can’t send more than 3500 mails per day from 1 Ip to Gmail so we need to changes the Ip after 3500 mails sent. This is why we need large number of IPs so that we maintain the reputation of each IP and change the Ips on after sending a particular amount of mails.

And they agree with the terms that I have to pay 3 month of advance without any other terms. Then I pay them 3 month of advance money and order the server. These people deliver me the server on 17-3-2013 and promise me to deliver the Ips on 18th but fail to do so and then every day I contact the people asking for Ips and they say that they are looking and on 21-3-2013 they said that they can provide the Ips but all certain they bring a terms which I said is not possible for us to accept. And if this terms is mandatory why don’t they bring it to light when I order the server?
And due to delay in providing us the services as they promise. I ask them to cancel my account because I didn’t use the server till now and get me 100% refund. But these people denied to get me the refund.
So guys very very careful with these people.
